Authorize the eligible FreeAgent company, confirm the destination portfolio and wait for the first sync. Connect each company separately. Review imported nominal accounts and your Standard mappings alongside companies connected through Xero or QuickBooks Online.

FreeAgent support currently imports GBP company reports. You can include them in GBP management presentation alongside eligible Xero and QuickBooks Online companies.
Keep the reporting controls visible
Check the company's accounting dates and compare the same periods in FreeAgent. The importer splits profit-and-loss requests at accounting-year boundaries and checks balance-sheet and trial-balance consistency before accepting snapshots.
Reports use the latest successful saved sync. Opening a report does not refresh the ledger data. Review the data date, warnings and mapping coverage, then request a new sync when required.
The reporting connection does not create or change invoices, journals, payments or account codes in FreeAgent. Disconnecting stops future imports; use the app's removal controls separately to manage retained reports.
Forecasts, AI commentary, automatic property KPIs, investor-pack generation and statutory consolidation are outside the current offer.
